Great trip n Atv to cenote and Lagoon. My guide was fantastic, Atv in good condition. Highly recommended!!
No good experience! We were renting a scooter with this company. The person working in the shop was pleasant and friendly. They granted us a small discount since we didn't have full 24 hours to use the scooter.However, as soon as we drove off, we realized the speed indicator did not work at all. We informed another employee we were in contact with via WhatsApp. They only replied, thank you for letting us know. Later, when the sun was setting, we realized: no working lights! We had to drive to our accommodation with no light, posing a danger to us and to the other people in traffic as well as risking getting in justified trouble with police.We informed the rental company asap about the problem. They basically told us: you rent the scooter as seen.We think, functioning lights and speed indicator are such integral parts of inspection and maintenance of any vehicle that this poses a substantial liability to any customer and other people on the street.We did not receive any satisfying response from this rental service and cannot recommend using their service.
Amazing service. Cannot thank Nico and his team enough. Easy to rent, bike was great quality, zero issues getting my deposit back and they even rescued my bike when some idiot double locked it to the bike rack within 20 minutes of me reporting the issue. And the guys are just sooooo nice. 100% would rent from you again:)
Marco and Nico were very helpful and their service was impeccable. They were transparent, customer‐focused, and welcoming. They immediately make you feel comfortable and give you suggestions on how to get around as well. We are grateful to have found them through these amazing reviews; we are paying it forward now! The reviews are true! Best place to rent scooter in town.On another note, they also recommended us to go to Mystica museum. It was an amazing (and much needed ;)) spiritual experience. We highly recommend the museum as well if you are in Tulum.
Awesome experience renting a quad- the quad was in great working condition and helmets sanitized before we got on and the price was competitive.The reason for the 5+* though is definitely the owner Nico- he went above and beyond sending my boyfriend and I recommendations on what lagoons to see, cenotes to visit that we're less busy as well as the best restaurant to go for fair pricing and amazing beach and jungle sunset views.I've already recommended moving rentals to multiple people we met and will continue to do so because of the impeccable service. We felt safe and well informed!

Reasonable prices, fluently English speaking , good service …. Cool helpful guy without being geisha friendly.I would always suggest to take an ATV in Tulum. Taxi prices are like in Zurigo Swiss. An ATV gives you the opportunity to discover Tulum on your own and save some money. Tulum moving is a bit outside the hotel area but for a rational extra fee, the owner delivers the ATV to your hotel. Always treat 😉 …

These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST! If you are looking to rent a scooter/quad/ATV in Tulum, look no further! Their equipment and pricing are the best in town and they are super accommodating and trustworthy! They came to our hotel to drop off the ATV and pick up so we didn’t have to pay a taxi or worry about transportation. Everything was so smooth and organized, Nico and Bill we’re so cool, easy to interact and communicate with! They made our Tulum experience so much better with local recommendations and we saw way more outside of town then we would’ve been able to by bicycle. Thanks so much guys, we will be back!
Nico was an excellent communicator, definitely recommend his services - the scooter we had rented was in good condition, no issues at all. Great service from Nico and his employees! They are all super polite and friendly, not to mention they’re always available for you. The ATV was clean and in good condition, they brought it to me in the hotel and in the other day came to pick it up.Definitely recommend!
BEST scooter rental in Tulum!!! Not to mention, the best price we found. The scooters were reliable and in great shape, getting us everywhere we needed to go. Nico was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful, he even delivered the scooters to where we were staying. He was so easy to coordinate with when we were finished, and arranged to come pick the scooters up as well. He gave great information and tips about where we wanted to go, and I wish all people operated their businesses as wonderfully as he does!! Thank you Nico!!
